Ordered 5 meals. Everything perfect.

As usual, our food was delicious, arrived within the timescale they set and was piping hot - ideal!

Half my order was missing (chocolate fudge cake)

I ordered chicken breast balls which were lovely The chips were another matter the majority were small bits of chips with no potatoe in them. They went in the bin. Worst chips ever xx.

Poor service this evening. One hour and 45 minutes to deliver when estimated 40 minutes. I could walk there in ten. As a family we wanted a quick tea before we headed off to a family gathering, too busy to collect myself. Won't be back after this. Pity

Everything cold. One fishcake in supper! Kebab thrown together in collapsing, soaked box along with chips, salad and sauces lumped in a greasy bundle. Kebab meat like shoe leather . Delivery over an hour late from notified time. Never, ever again.

Chips were dried up & cold . placed order for 6pm but delivered just after 5 pm . 5 minutes after order was placed online . No toy included in kids meal £2.50 delivery charge & 50p service charge for a 5 min journey

Ordered a haggis supper One piece was haggis. One piece sausage or something else.

Ordered meal for 6pm, arrived at 6pm but didn't get meal until 6.15pm.

Always used Marinis in past as food is normally great. Got a doner pizza. The pizza base was burnt black which is all you could taste. The top of pizza was over cooked with the few bits of doner meat burnt. Not the usual standard that you get . Very dissapointed

Food was great but the fritters that i bought were not delivered.
